 Michele incorporates her experiences in school scheduling, data analysis, and strategic planning to help Springpoint staff and partners successfully engage in the design process. Michele conducts observation and research site visits alongside Springpoint staff and works collaboratively to develop tools, systems, and protocols for data-driven design and iteration. Ask her about using data to inform school design priorities and strategic plans, systems for monitoring and analyzing school/district level data, student and teacher scheduling models, and for expert advice navigating the world of youth sports and carpools!
